Located on a steep slope overlay and in a high-wind area, the project required engineered shear wall framing to meet strict code requirements. A large deck off the living room, a screened porch off the dining room, a rooftop viewing deck, and a lower patio with a fire pit each required careful construction planning to ensure proper drainage, weather resistance, and structural support.
