Design Features
This renovation showcases standout design elements throughout the home. A custom steel staircase with a modern floating design and white oak treads serves as a striking focal point, expertly engineered for both safety and style.
The kitchen was fully remodeled with two-tone Starmark cabinetry, a custom concrete island countertop, and a matching concrete farmhouse sink. New 8-inch-wide engineered white oak floors run throughout the main living areas.

A dual laundry system with a secondary washer and dryer in the primary bedroom closet
