Kitchen Renovation
Custom-designed cabinetry, modified cabinet installation height from 24 inches to the standard 18-inch clearance.
Built custom storage solutions under the bar seating area, adding both functionality and entertainment value
Removed and replaced all existing surfaces while maintaining the existing floor plan layout that worked well for the client.
Primary Bathroom Transformation
Freestanding Tub Installation: Removed the existing built-in tub and reconfigured plumbing to accommodate a freestanding model, which opened up the entire space and created a more luxurious, spa-like feel
Shower Plumbing Redesign: Relocated shower plumbing from an overhead ceiling-mounted system to a standard wall-mounted configuration, giving clients the flexibility of both fixed and handheld shower options for improved functionality
Tile Installation: Coordinated new floor and shower tile installation while carefully preserving the client's beloved existing wallpaper
Space Optimization: The switch to a freestanding tub not only modernized the look but also improved traffic flow and made the bathroom feel significantly larger
