The Builder 20 Club

Ever heard of the Builder 20 Club?

Tim recently attended the semi-annual meeting through the NAHB's Builder 20 Conference in Key West, Florida this past month. Our staff’s commitment to education, environmental sustainability, and furthering strong business practices, allows us to stay ahead of the curve & become better builders for our clientele!

Tim has been attending this conference on the spring and fall of each year since 2006. The Builder 20 Club is a peer networking event with 19 other builders who are closely profiled as the same size and type of construction that HomeSource does. No two builders are allowed to be from the same marketplace. During the 4 day event we shared important information about successfully operating a building business. Topics such as financial reviews, sales processes, best building practices, building sciences and much, much more is covered during the 4 day event.

It is an intense 4 days but over the last 10 years of being part of this group has definitely been the best thing we have ever done for our business. The past months business meetings were discussions on the “client experience” and making sure we are all providing a positive one. Our next meetings will be held in Newport RI in Fall.
