The owners of this West Buncombe NC home liked their basic kitchen footprint, but they wanted more space to cook and bake. The finished remodel gave them a larger island for more counter space that highlights the beauty of the Cambria Skara Brae quartz countertop. The Althea Ivory Glossy Ceramic tile backsplash echoes the quartz's color, while the cherry Wellborn Premier Series cabinets provide a rich contrast. All the elements of this design come together to add depth and movement to the room.

The design of this kitchen and kitchenette was a partnership between HomeSource, Stephen Davis, Sanctuary Flooring, French Broad Plumbing, Harrington Electric, Bullman Heating & Air, Solid Surface Specialists, Professional Hardwood & Tile, and Final Touch Cleaning.
Completing a kitchen remodel in a finished home is not always easy, especially in a pandemic!
