Custom
Home Building
HomeSource is a fully licensed and insured residential builder providing
quality built homes in the $300,000 to $700,000 range in the Asheville
and surrounding area. Typically, we will build within a 30-minute drive
of the downtown area. Our four person building team provides a unique
approach to the construction of a new home in which the client is kept
well informed along the way. This concept has repeatedly won rave reviews
from past clients. Our building approach is to give you clear and concise
schedules and regular updates making the building process a smooth experience.

Remodeling
HomeSource applies the same attention to detail and quality standards for remodeling projects as we do for custom homes. Some of our remodeling projects have included "gutting" the entire house, and approaching the design it as if it were a new home. These types of projects allow us to deliver the same quality for remodeled homes as we do with brand new custom homes. Our experts work with you during the design phase to develop a building plan and then we actively communicate with you during the entire remodeling process to make sure the project goes according to plan.
Design
and Drafting Services
HomeSource offers design and drafting services for residential designs.
We can design homes from the small cottage to the 5000 sq. ft custom.
Prices for design services will vary but for around $1,500.00 our standard
drafting package includes:
1) Four elevations
2) Floor plans
3) Foundation Plans
4) Wall sections(as needed)
A site visit by
the designer is also included in the standard package:

Referral
Services
When building or buying a new home or especially if moving to the area,
our clients need referrals of professional people to help make their
move easier. As part of our “Total Relationship” philosophy,
we will provide referrals of lenders, banking, insurance, surveyors,
attorneys, accountants, moving companies, storage facilities and any
other needed sources of people that will make your move easier.
