• April 2010  HomeSource moves into new offices at The HomeSource Design Center located at 172 Charlotte Street in Downtown Asheville. The new design center makes new home and remodeling customer selections easy by providing the vast majority of products available under one roof.

• October 2009  HomeSource Builders wins Silver in the Craftsmanship Award category for its Oak Hollow home entry.
