Our building team provides a unique approach to the construction of a new home in which the client is kept well informed along the way. This concept has repeatedly won rave reviews from past clients. Our building approach is to give you clear and concise schedules and regular updates making the building process a smooth experience.

Design and Drafting Services
If you’re already working with an architect, we are happy to execute your construction from an existing plan. However, if starting from scratch, you can count on HomeSource to coordinate design and drafting services through one of their many highly recommended design professionals for a truly satisfying experience. We can help you take a plan from the initial concept to final design. We enjoy working on small cottages to 5000 square foot custom homes. For more information on this process, just give us a call.
