HomeSource was founded by Tim Alexander, a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of experience in the Asheville real estate, development and construction market. In addition to his builder's credentials, Tim holds a Business degree from Western Carolina University. He has been a NC Real Estate Broker since 1984, a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, a board member of the Home Builders Association of Asheville and is currently an active member of the National Association of Home Builders.

About Cindy
Cindy Hipps is the Vice President of HomeSource and is responsible for helping Tim lead the business operations. She is the current President of the Professional Women in Building of the Asheville Homebuilders Association. She is also the recipient of the Asheville Chamber of Commerce 2007 Athena Award, which recognizes women who have achieved a high degree of professional excellence.
