President – Tim Alexander
HomeSource Real Estate and Construction was founded by Tim Alexander, a North Carolina licensed general contractor with over 20 years of experience in the Asheville real estate, development and construction market. In addition to his builder’s credentials, Tim holds a Business degree from Western Carolina University. He has been a NC Real Estate Broker since 1984, a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, a board member of the Home Builders Association of Asheville and is currently an active member of the National Association of Home Builders.
Office Manager – Suzi Poteat
Suzi holds an associate’s degree in computer programming and brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, office management, and customer service. She is pivotal to the success our company. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her four grandsons. She also enjoys reading, scrapbooking and gardening.
Kitchen and Bath Designer – Diane McDermott
Diane holds an Associate’s degree, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. She brings over 9 years of experience to HomeSource working as a residential kitchen and bath designer. Diane believes the best part of her job is the collaboration between client and designer and watching it all come together. When she isn’t at work she enjoys hiking and biking with her family, as well as painting.
Project Manager – Justin Berger
Justin delivers distinctive architecture, building, and design knowledge. Having over 14 years of experience in the building/construction industry, he shares a passion for the values that define HomeSource, its projects, and its customers. Justin says what he really enjoys about building is “creating a home that families will enjoy for years to come.” Justin is an avid soccer enthusiast, enjoys trail running and experiencing new restaurants and live bands.
Construction Coordinator – Cindy Hipps
Cindy works with all homeowners on all selections needed for the building and remodeling process.
