Tim Alexander - President

HomeSource was founded by Tim Alexander, a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of experience in the Asheville real estate, development and construction market. In addition to his builder's credentials, Tim holds a Business degree from Western Carolina University. He has been a NC Real Estate Broker since 1984, a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, a board member of the Home Builders Association of Asheville and is currently an active member of the National Association of Home Builders.

Suzi Poteat - Office Manager

Suzi holds an associates degree in computer programming and brings over 25 years of experience in customer service, book keeping, office management, and accounting.  She is pivotal to the success our company.  In her spare time, she enjoys scrap booking, sewing, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.  

Ronnie Peele - Project Manager

Ronnie brings over 20 years of construction field experience to HomeSource.  He prides himself on client satisfaction and enjoys getting a job done on schedule while assuring construction quality control. He enjoys fishing and spending time in the wonderful outdoors of  Western North Carolina when he is not working.

Henry Snypes - Project Manager

Henry brings a background in building materials sales, kitchen and bathroom design, as well as a dedicated career in law enforcement.  He enjoys his family, grand kids and life in the mountains.  When he's not looking out at the beautiful mountains, you may find him working on his "Honey Do" list.

Cara May - Construction Coordinator

Cara holds a degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.  She has been involved in the building business for 15 year.  She enjoys time with her wonderful husband and two boys (Max and Riley) as well as knitting, the outdoors, and hiking with her dog.
