Modern Master Bath

This bright and modern master bath is stunning after a remodel!

This bathroom came to us with great features; the beautiful windows and a large skylight gave it a bright, airy feel. However, the owners were ready to modernize and add exciting new luxuries!

We began the process by opening the subfloor to set the zero-threshold shower pan. Doing so created a seamless walk-in shower with no curb or surrounding edge. Since these showers are flush with the bathroom floor, it adds to the modern look and is easier to clean and maintain. They are stylish for any household, and as a bonus, they're an excellent option for anyone with limited mobility.

We also added an incredible luxury- a Towel Warmer from the Amba Quadro Collection, allowing these homeowners to choose the perfect temperature level with the simple touch of a button. It can dry and warm a towel or bathrobe and even adds warmth to the bathroom!

They may not sound exciting, but the new GFCI outlets will add more functionality to the vanity area. Planning these little details is essential to any remodeling project. Another unsung hero of renovations is the new exhaust unit installed at the shower location to control moisture levels.

The stunning tiles and modern lighting complete the look; the floor features tiles in Scabo Silver 12" x 24", and the walls are Daltile River Marble in River Rapids. Underneath the tiles is a heated floor system- perfect for chilly mornings! The lighting is from Meridien's LED collection.
