Iron Mountain Custom Home
From the moment you step into this East Asheville home, you can see it’s slightly different. It accomplishes something rare: the perfect balance of traditional style and modern flair. We’re especially proud that this home was featured as a part of Asheville’s Parade of homes tour! The gourmet kitchen features an oversized island and exquisite details. The bathrooms have unique colors and tile combinations, and the open living rooms and bedrooms add to the elegant flow. We love how the large windows reveal all of the beautiful views!
CABINET COLORs
A peek into the kitchen reveals gorgeous custom cabinetry in a bespoke shade of blue: Sherwin Williams #9140 Blustery Sky. Despite the chilly color name, the kitchen has a bright, warm feel. The open design is versatile, making this the perfect spot for cozy family meals and dinner parties. In the bar area, you’ll find the cabinets are Benjamin Moore Bermuda Turquoise Paint #728, and the laundry room cabinets have a Bottle Green Tinted Varnish. We love how all of the blues and greens combine to echo the natural views that surround the home.

However, bringing a room together takes more than great paint colors. We’re so excited to have been a part of this gorgeous new build, and we think our design team has outdone themselves with the details. Each element, from the cabinet styles and hardware to countertops and flooring, was carefully chosen to complement this home’s overall design. Take a look at the photos!
